การใช้มือตบระหว่างการชุมนุมของพันธมิตรประชาชนเพื่อประชาธิปไตย พ.ศ. 2551

มือตบ เป็นอุปกรณ์เชียร์กีฬาที่ทำด้วยพลาสติกสี สดใส รูปร่างเลียนแบบมือของมนุษย์ 3 ชั้นยึดติดกัน มีด้ามจับ เมื่อเขย่าจะมีเสียงดังจากชิ้นพลาสติกที่กระทบกัน คล้ายเสียงปรบมือ ใช้ตบทำเสียงแทนการตบมือ

มือตบผลิตขึ้นเป็นครั้งแรกในประเทศจีน ผลิตออกมาเพื่อสำหรับเด็กเล่น จนกระทั่ง ค.ศ. 1963 สหรัฐอเมริกาได้นำมือตบนี้ไปใช้ในการเชียร์กีฬาแต่ก็ยังไม่เป็นที่แพร่หลาย เมื่อถึงปี ค.ศ. 1984 สหรัฐอเมริกาเป็นเจ้าภาพในการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาโอลิมปิคครั้งที่ 23 กองทัพนักกีฬาและกองเชียร์ของประเทศจีนได้ใช้เมื่อตบในการเชียร์ ทำให้คนอเมริกาเริ่มหันมาสนใจมือตบและนำไปใช้อย่างกว้างขวาง โดยเป็นที่นิยมใช้ในการเชียร์บาสเก็ตบอล เอ็นบีเอ^[1] ในทวีปเอเชีย เริ่มใช้ในประเทศจีนในการเชียร์มหกรรมกีฬาโอลิมปิก 2008 ที่ปักกิ่ง

สำหรับในประเทศไทย มือตบเป็นที่รู้จักและนิยมอย่างมากในการชุมนุมของพันธมิตรประชาชนเพื่อประชาธิปไตย ในปี พ.ศ. 2551^[2] เริ่มเป็นที่นิยมเมื่อ อัญชลี ไพรีรัก และกมลพร วรกุล นำมาใช้ขณะจัดรายการเล่าข่าว ออกอากาศทาง ASTV และเมื่อพลตรีจำลอง ศรีเมือง นำขึ้นมาใช้บนเวที เพื่อตอบโต้นายสมัคร สุนทรเวช ที่กล่าวหาว่า มี "มือที่มองไม่เห็น" อยู่เบื้องหลังการชุมนุมของพันธมิตรฯ^[3]

ผู้เข้าร่วมชุมนุมนอกจากจะซื้อใช้ในการเชียร์การปราศรัยบนเวทีแล้ว ยังซื้อกลับมาฝากคนที่รู้จักหรือลูกหลาน หรือใช้ในงานเลี้ยง ^[4] ถึงขนาดมือตบขาดแคลน^[5] และมีการทำเสื้อยืดลาย นักรบมือตบ ออกมาจำหน่าย มีผู้เปรียบเทียบว่าเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของการต่อสู้แบบอารยะขัดขืน ของผู้ชุมนุม^[6]

นอกจากนี้แล้ว มือตบยังเป็นอุปกรณ์ใช้ในการขับไล่นายกรัฐมนตรีหรือรัฐมนตรีรัฐบาลนายสมชาย วงศ์สวัสดิ์ เมื่อไปตามสถานที่ต่าง ๆ อีกด้วย

ปัจจุบันได้มีการสร้าง ตีนตบ หรือเท้าตบขึ้นมาใช้ โดยกลุ่มต่อต้านพันธมิตร เพื่อเป็นการแก้ทางมือตบ^[7] โดยแนวร่วมประชาธิปไตยต่อต้านเผด็จการแห่งชาติ (นปช.) ประดิษฐ์ขึ้นเพื่อล้อเลียนกลุ่มพันธมิตรประชาชนเพื่อประชาธิปไตย ^[8]

Feedback - returning some part of flows from downstream systems to upstream systems to improve system response.

  A problem was raised by member of TRIZ Thailand Community on how to control the amount of sunlight to give the suitable temperature for the plankton nurturing pond. Planktons like sunlight, but too much heat will kill them. The temperature limit seems to be 34 degree celcius, above which some part of the plankton will begin to die. Electric light can be used, but sunlight is more desirable  to save the energy cost. What should be done to solve this problem ?

I suggest that a feedback system should be employed to feed back the temperature of the pond to control the opening of the roof to get the suitable amount of sunlight.

But if possible, the complicated detecting and measuring system should be excluded.

Exclude - removing all or part of a function and either eliminating it if it is not truly necessary or performing it within other functions in the system.

In order to exclude the complicated deteching and measuring functions in the Sunlight feed-back control system in Plankton nurturing pond as in the case of Feed Back above, the layer of dieing plankton on the surface can be used as a heat protective shield to keep the temperature below  34 degree celcius and will be wiped out later.

2. For example, Feedback. You are right about introducing feedback, but question is “How to do it more Ideally?” Open and close roof not good enough – too much mechanical devices. Next step is – use Exclude principle and mentally exclude elements which do it and delegate functions to remaining one. You should eliminate overheating – you need heat transfer or heat “transport” from surface to deep cold water. You will see some opportunities when learn principles of “Counteract Harmful Function”
